Register a Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs from your location to our warehouse are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories provided and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, we may deduct the depreciation from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

We will process the refund within 14 days of your return request, provided that the returned product has been received in good condition.


How to Exchange or Return a Product?

To register a return, please contact our customer service at support@atmoze.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.


Return Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive and process your return, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your return request, provided the product has been received in good condition.

If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed its successful processing, please contact your financial institution.

We do not provide refunds for items that have been used or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.


Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer service at support@atmoze.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you can follow the return procedure once you have received the product.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and find a solution.


Manufacturing Defects or Issues After Use (Warranty Coverage)

If your product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival or develops defects after use, it may be covered under our warranty policy. Please contact our customer service at support@atmoze.com to submit a warranty claim. We will assess your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific situation.


Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us at support@atmoze.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you as soon as possible and cover any return shipping costs for the incorrect item.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty and hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
