Order Processing

How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?
We strive for the highest customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information.

What are the refund conditions?
To qualify for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned with all accessories provided and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.

  • If the product or packaging is damaged beyond normal inspection use, we may deduct depreciation from the refunded amount.

Are there any exceptions to the refund policy?
Certain products may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons or legal restrictions. This may include personal care products, food items, or custom-made products. Please contact our customer service for details on specific exceptions.

How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
