30-Day Easy Returns

At Atmoze, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.


Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

  • Easy Returns: Returning items to us is simple, and our customer support team is here to assist you.


Return Costs

  • Defective Products: Free returns. If your product is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective in any way, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want it, return shipping costs will be at your expense. These are non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at support@atmoze.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Get Return Instructions: We'll send you a return authorisation and step-by-step return instructions.

  3. Pack the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

  4. Print the Shipping Label: If applicable, we’ll send you a prepaid label. Print it and attach it to your package.

  5. Send it Back: Drop your parcel off at the nearest shipping location, following the instructions we’ve provided.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
